We recommend whatever you feel comfortable getting sweaty in! Tees, tanks, and sports bras are all great options for tops and tight-to-body shorts or pants/leggings are best for bottoms.

Have spin shoes already? Bring them! Our bikes accommodate both SPD and Delta cleats. Don’t have shoes? No problem-we have rentals for $3 per ride charged to the card on file. First timers: first one’s on us.

Bring water! We’ve got the bikes, towels, music, and atmosphere covered.

Yes! Bikes are chosen before class on a first come, first serve basis. If you have a preferred row or favorite bike, get to the studio early to claim it!

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to sign your liability waiver, grab your shoes, get a tour of the studio, and properly set up your bike. Clipping in for the first time can take some time, so please arrive early to try it out a few times!

Zest Cycle is located inside Fitness Clinic of Indy. Head into the door facing the parking lot, walk to the right of the front desk, down the stairs, and a left turn brings you right to us.

A late cancel fee of $6 will be charged to the card or account on file in Mindbody for classes cancelled less than 8 hours in advance. If you do not make it to class, a $10 no show fee will be charged.
Classes will be taken off the schedule 1 hour prior to start time if no one is signed up, so book early and check Mindbody before heading to the studio.

What to expect…
At Zest Cycle, our rides are rhythmic: we ride to the beat of the music.
The majority of the ride is cued out of the saddle AND we want you to take things at your pace, so always choose options that are right for you.
We require riders to be clipped into the bike using SPD or Delta compatible cycling shoes. If you don’t have shoes, no worries: we offer rentals for $3 per ride charged to the card on file in Mindbody. First timer’s? It’s on us.
Both weights and arm choreography are used frequently during the ride. Always feel free to opt out as it feels right.
The lights are out at the beginning of class and we ride with candles and low lighting.
Our music is turned up, so earplugs may be helpful if you are sensitive to loud noise (or just want to protect those ears!).
